Our Dashboard allows you to manage, upload, and track your Joey deliveries.

 

Order Upload

To manually upload you orders, please use the following template and add in your order information (you can ignore the Delivery By column). Download this file with your order information as a .csv file.

After preparing your data, click “Upload New Orders” and select your .csv file. Please review the pop-up and check all details are correct, and that all orders indicate “Ready” in the final column. If they do not, please review the error message, make any adjustments required, and try again.

Once ready, click “Import”, and your orders will automatically be uploaded to our system.

 

Printing Labels

To print Shipping Labels for your orders, simply select all the orders you require a label for. Then click the print icon at the top right of the page, and check the pop-up. By default, we presume that each order has one package. If you have multiple packages for an order, simply change the Total Number of Parcels to however many you need, and click “Print”.

Our system will then generate the Shipping Labels for you to print and add onto your packages.
