Settings

There are a variety of settings you can edit directly via your Joey account by navigating to Settings.

Profile

These are the general details of your account. You can edit the following settings:

• Business Name

  • Your business name. This will display on your Joey invoices.

• Email

  • Your registered email address. This email will receive any updates, promotions, and other material, and be used to log in to your account.

• Billing Email

  • This email will receive all invoices and any other billing related material.

• Phone number

  • The phone number for your business in case we ever need to get in contact with you via mobile.

Preferences

These are your account preferences. You can edit the following settings:

• Shipping Label Name

  • This name will display on the shipping labels, as well as being used for any emails we send to your customers.

• Authority To Leave

  • This is a Yes / No toggle.

  • By selecting Yes, you indicate that you give us authority to leave items unattended if a customer is not home.
